Who are you?
To meet the growing demand for our product we're currently seeking a Mechanical Assembler. In this position you will apply your skills to build high-quality agricultural equipment and get to be the last touch on it before it gets in the hands of our customer.

What will you do?
- Assemble components and sub‑assemblies according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standard
- Perform work with a high level of accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail
- Verify fit, finish, and functionality to ensure quality standards are met before product moves forward
- Identify defects, errors, or deviations and take appropriate action to prevent quality issues from advancing
- Follow all safety procedures, policies, and safe work practices at all times
- Identify process inefficiencies, quality concerns, or safety risks and bring them forward
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest practical solutions
- Work collaboratively with team members and leaders to meet production goals
What do you need to succeed?
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions, drawings, and specifications
- Strong attention to detail with a quality‑focused mindset
- Problem‑solving skills and willingness to raise concerns or improvement ideas
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Commitment to safety, consistency, and continuous learning
- Manufacturing, assembly, or hands‑on technical experience is an asset
- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the role
