Territory Manager - Quebec/Ontario

Who are you?
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Agricultural Equipment Salesperson to join our Farm King sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of a variety of agricultural machinery, including tractors and tillage equipment. You will work directly with Agricultural Equipment Dealers to enhance their operations. This is a base plus a commission structure. Only those who are fluent in both English and French languages will be considered. Preference is that candidates reside in the province of Quebec.
Territory: Quebec, Ontario and development of the Maritimes.
A vehicle, laptop, cell phone and expense card are included.
What will you do?
- Promote and sell agricultural equipment to new and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
- Provide expert advice on machinery selection, financing options, and equipment care.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
- Attend agricultural trade shows, industry events, and local farm meetings to generate leads.
- Stay current with market trends and competitor activities.
- Assist with product demonstrations and technical support when necessary.
What do you need to succeed?
- Post-secondary education is preferred
- Must be fluent in both English and French. No exceptions.
- Previous sales experience at the Dealer level.
- In-depth knowledge of agricultural machinery and equipment.
- Solid understanding of the current market and market trends in a dealer network
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Good computer skills for reporting
- Self-motivated with a passion for agriculture.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively throughout the week.
