Territory Manager - Alberta and BC

What will you do?

• Represent the Versatile brand and build strong relationships with dealerships in your territory
• Promote and sell tractors, parts, and related equipment
• Support dealer sales teams through product demonstrations, training, and customer visits
• Identify sales opportunities and work toward achieving territory growth targets
• Provide product knowledge and assist dealers with promotions, inventory planning, and stock orders
• Address dealer and customer inquiries, including warranty and service-related concerns
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the region
• Attend dealer events, trade shows, and open houses to promote products
• Maintain call reports, sales forecasts, and account information
• Coordinate product deliveries and follow up on orders when required

What do you need to succeed?

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field preferred
• Previous agricultural or equipment sales experience is an asset
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Mechanical or technical aptitude considered an asset
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver's license required

Working Conditions

• Full-time position, Monday–Friday
• Extensive travel required (up to 75%), including some overnight stays
• Company vehicle provided
• Competitive base salary plus performance-based compensation
• Work-related travel expenses covered by the company
