Who are you?

We're hiring an Account Manager to nurture key existing accounts and expand business opportunities within them. This role is based on-site at our Winkler, MB facility, where you'll have a dedicated office and participate in weekly production and sales meetings. While the position is primarily office-based, some travel-approximately 1–2 trips per quarter, both domestic and international-will be required. You will report directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing and collaborate closely with operations, engineering, and customer service to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and ongoing business growth.

  • Salary: $60,000–$80,000 + bonuses + profit sharing- TBD

  • Manage and grow a customer portfolio
  • Follow ISO and lean processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams
  • Provide solutions through proactive, consultative selling
  • Handle pricing, contract negotiations, and sales forecasting
  • Participate in trade shows as needed.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented
  • Willingness to travel and manage territory independently
  • Technical aptitude and curiosity about plastic manufacturing
  • Needs to be proficient in Microsoft office and computer skills
  • Require valid drivers' license and Canadian passport

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Degree or diploma in Business/Sales/Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Experience in plastics/OEM/industrial distribution
  • Familiarity with territory management
