Who are you?
Are you a natural problem solver who thrives on developing people and improving processes? We're looking for an Assembly Lead who will elevate production performance while mentoring our next generation of leaders. In this role, you'll guide a high-performing team, champion continuous improvement, and ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

What will you do?
- Ensure stations and team members are fully equipped with the right tools, resources, and training.
- Monitor production quality and ensure only top-tier products move through our stations.
- Maintain and improve standard work procedures to support consistency and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes, reduce waste, and strengthen safety.
- Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to both new and experienced staff.
- Ensure new and transferred employees receive thorough, effective training.
- Support team members in developing technical skills, problem-solving capacity, and leadership potential.
- Assist directly with assembly tasks during bottlenecks or staff shortages.
- Help streamline materials flow and minimize waste.
- Communicate clearly and consistently to support a high-trust, collaborative work environment.
