Territory Sales Manager - S3 AWS Airbar
About us:
S3 Group Ltd. is currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our S3 AWS Airbar division to cover regions of Canada and USA. Ideally, the candidate will also be versatile, knowledgeable, and willing to contribute to growth opportunities of other S3 Divisions in their target territory. This position is preferably based out of (southwestern) Ontario.
Who are you?
The successful Territory Sales Manager will develop plans to manage opportunity pipelines, key accounts management, implement pricing and commercial terms, complete the necessary reporting requirements for the position, and identify growth opportunities within the regions that aligns with S3 Group capabilities and strategies. This individual will possess an in-depth knowledge of products, applications, industry terminology, customers, and competition.

What will you do?
- Cold call potential customers and develop a growing Dealer network
- Travel to have meetings with all current Dealers and Customers
- Identify new sales and product development opportunities in the Marketplace and present to the VP of Sales
- Work proficiently within S3's MRP system to generate sales orders, quotes, and search for inventory and product lead times
- Receive calls pertaining to parts, service, warranty, and customer inquiries and/or complaints
- Work with production personnel to sort out any schedule, prioritizing and/or quality issues
- Manage forecasts, quoting, order process, and product returns
- Generate costing reports for sales margins
- Attend trade shows and industry conferences as requested
What do you need to succeed?
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience and account/business development admin skills
- Experience managing a wide variety of priorities in a fast-paced environment while being a positive and cooperative team player
- Capable of working with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy, a calm and composed demeanour in high-pressure situations and pay attention to details
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Agricultural background is preferred
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Must have a valid Class 5 Driver's License, be able to travel into the US and willing to travel frequently and extensively for work
