Who are you?

SeedMaster is currently seeking an innovative, results oriented Manufacturing Coordinator.

You will support activities on the manufacturing floor and efficiently organize all incoming and outgoing material logistics in a supportive role. This position will work in relationship with the Production, Engineering, and Warehouse departments.

What will you do?

• Manage work order from start to finish based on the production schedule
• Distribute the workload to various units and follow up on status updates
• Investigate supply chain issues to confirm the timelines and issues on ability to make delivery
• Once production has passed inspection; release the finished product to the customer
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

What do you need to succeed?

• Ideally previous experience in an agriculture and/or manufacturing environment
• The unique ability to adjust to working on the production floor and office environment. A team player able to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong computer skills. Knowledge of E.R.P systems is an asset
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Must be authorized to work in Canada
