Who are you?

To meet the growing demand for our product we're currently seeking an IT Manager. In this position you will lead and manage the IT department to develop processes and systems that ensure secure, reliable, and efficient technology operations that support organizational growth and strategic objectives.

What will you do?

  • Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Lead and guide organization wide data capture, cleaning, and analysis to ensure strong reporting to inform decision making.
  • Oversee installation, maintenance, and upgrades of hardware, software, and networks.
  • Implement robust cybersecurity measures and disaster recovery plans.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies, security protocols, and compliance standards.
  • Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements and internal governance.
  • Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation.
  • Lead IT projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Mentor and oversee performance of IT team; foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
  • Track KPIs such as uptime, ticket resolution time, and user satisfaction.
  • Report improvement opportunities and schedule resources for optimization.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Proven experience in IT leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing organization wide IT projects.
  • Knowledge of project management and data analytics tools.
  • Proven ability to properly root cause issues.
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is considered an asset.
  • Ability to translate user problems into process improvements
