Who are you?

We are looking to hire a motivated & innovative Electric Actuator Engineer in our Yorkton plant. The ideal candidate should have mechanical and electrical aptitude, experience with motion components, and the ability to work independently and with a team.

What will you do?

• Support the design of electric linear actuators and related components
• Integrate motors, sensors, limit switches, and control modules into actuator systems
• Assist with calculations for loads, forces, speeds, and duty cycles
• Create 3D models, drawings, and bills of materials using SolidWorks
• Review designs for manufacturability and reliability
• Help select motors, drives, and electronic components
• Assist in testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electric actuators
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety practices

What do you need to succeed?

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field
• Understanding of electric motors, gearing, and motion components
• SolidWorks proficiency preferred
• Experience with electromechanical or actuator systems an asset
• Must live in Canada and have permission to work in Canada
