We are recruiting to fill a full time Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in our manufacturing facilities in Minnedosa, MB.

What will you do?

• The manufacturing engineer is responsible for all engineering aspects and other related duties regarding day-to-day operations and continuous planning for development of the plant's faciliates, equipment, and fabrication processes. 
• The manufacturing engineer is also the first point of contact at the facility for quality assurance related activities. 

What do you need to succeed?

• The successful candidate must have a degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering. 
• Must possess excellent management, planning, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
• Experience in metal fabrication is required, along with computer literacy in Windows, word processing, spreadsheets, AutoCad and 3D CAD programs. 
• Knowledge of current dry-land farming practices and tillage equipment technology are a definite asset.
