We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Team in Central Alberta, with a territory from High River to LaCrete.

What will you do?

As Customer Service Representative, you will be the go-to expert on our product line, working closely with customers, sales teams and dealers to provide technical support, training and product insights.

What do you need to succeed?

• Must have a strong understanding of crop production and ag technology, with a farming background. 
• Must have the ability to work independently, and travel within your territory. 
• Must be of good mechanical aptitude, possess knowledge of hydraulics and be a proficient welder. 
• Computer skills are an asset. 
• This individual must have a pleasing personality and excellent public relations skills.
