Who are you?

To meet the growing demand for our product we're currently seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Controller to lead our accounting functions and support financial decision-making across the organization. This is a key leadership role, reporting directly to the CFO, that partners closely with Operations and IT teams to drive accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

What will you do?

• Lead all accounting functions and internal controls.
• Collaborate with Operations to analyze, maintain, and enhance costing and to improve inventory processes.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Analyze performance trends and provide financial insights for capital investments.
• Partner with IT to consolidate data from multiple sources into actionable reports.
• Enhance reporting systems and dashboard tools for timely decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Document and enforce accounting policies; support external audits.

What do you need to succeed?

• A degree or diploma in Finance or related field.
• Progressive senior-level experience in accounting/finance, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis.
• Experience managing small accounting teams.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel tools (Power Query, Power BI) is considered an asset.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• CPA designation and manufacturing experience are considered assets.
