Who are you?

Cloverdale Paint has an immediate opening for a full-time position at our store in Montreal, QC. The successful candidate should have previous customer service experience and a positive attitude.

The Order Desk is primarily responsible for processing order requests from internal and external customers, to either meet or exceed service level requirements from external customers to sales, production, inventory and the labs. This individual should be available to work Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate must be fluent in both English and French.

What will you do?

• Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
• Great customer service; strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• High level of product knowledge both for architectural and industrial
• Excellent computer skills; working knowledge of B-track / POS system
• Understands the inventory control process
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

What do you need to succeed?

• At least 1 year of customer service experience is a must
