What will you do?

• Independently and accurately count inventory items as determined by JDE system generated reports daily, and as defined by
  Schulte and Alamo Group count protocol.
• Coordinate whole goods count on a quarterly basis.
• Investigate inventory variances.
• Report potential inventory problems to the Inventory Control Supervisor.
• Monitor internal processes related to product identification, warehousing, and inventory accuracy against documented procedures and planned arrangements. Report findings to Inventory Control Supervisor.
• Work with other departments to find short term and long-term solutions to chronic variances

What do you need to succeed?

• High school diploma or GED certificate required.
• Knowledge of Schulte Products or inventory control experience would be considered an asset.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal with great attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Computer skills is an asset
• Good problem-solving skills
• Must be able to take instruction and be willing to develop skills and understanding of inventory control.
