IT Help Desk Technician

Who are you?
We are hiring an IT Help Desk Technician to support day-to-day IT needs and assist with maintaining core systems, including our Microsoft and Citrix environment. This position combines front-line user support with opportunities to take on more advanced infrastructure responsibilities.
What will you do?
- Respond to IT requests for hardware, software, accounts, and connectivity
- Set up and maintain computers, phones, printers, and related equipment
- Assist with Citrix environment and virtual desktop support, monitoring, and upgrades
- Work with external vendors and document solutions to improve IT processes
What do you need to succeed?
- 3+ years of IT support experience
- Education in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
- Citrix experience strongly preferred
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Clear communication skills and a customer-focused approach
