Who are you?

As the Welding Supervisor, you will supervise and mentor a team of welders and fabricators, ensuring the work meets safety and quality standards. You will manage workflow, schedules and daily production targets, as well as conduct inspections and troubleshoot welding issues. As the welding supervisor, you will promote a culture of continuous improvement and safe work practices, collaborating with the production and engineering teams.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint are beneficial.
