Who are you?

The Marketing Manager will be the architect and champion of SeedMaster's marketing function. This is not just a coordinator role - it's a builder role. You'll create structure, set the strategy, and lead the execution, you'll be empowered to make high-impact decisions and bring bold ideas to life.

What will you do?

• Strategic Marketing Planning
  • Develop and own annual marketing plans that directly support sales targets and product priorities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to evolve messaging, market segmentation, and channel strategies.
• Creative Direction
  • Lead in-house creative development of marketing collateral including brochures, videos, and digital content.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, customer-focused, and aligned with our growth goals.
• Customer Insight & VOC
  • Conduct regular interviews and surveys to gather voice-of-customer (VOC) insights.
  • Transform qualitative feedback into actionable content, campaigns, and product positioning.
• Digital & CRM Management
  • Own and evolve SeedMaster's digital presence, including website, CRM campaigns, and social media platforms.
  • Maintain a rolling content calendar and build automation workflows to nurture leads.
• Product Launch Execution
  • Partner with engineering and sales teams to lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
  • Deliver launch materials, sales tools, and field-level communications that generate demand and dealer engagement.
• Campaign & ROI Analytics
  • Monitor marketing performance through KPIs and ROI analysis.
  • Test, measure, and refine efforts to improve conversion rates and overall marketing effectiveness.
• Event & Tradeshow Oversight
  • Design and manage SeedMaster's presence at major trade shows and dealer field events.
  • Create compelling event experiences that reinforce our innovation message and customer-first ethos.
• Field Marketing & Travel
  • Travel 40-50% to participate in and lead marketing efforts at regional demos, dealer events, and customer engagements.
  • Act as a visible brand ambassador and build direct connections with our customers and dealers.

What do you need to succeed?

• Degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Agribusiness, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in a strategic marketing role - preferably in ag, equipment, or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to build, execute, and optimize marketing plans from the ground up.
• Strong digital marketing skills including CRM, web content, email automation, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communicator with a keen sense for customer insight and storytelling.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial instincts, comfortable with change and ambiguity.
• Agricultural background or a deep understanding of the farming community is a major asset.
