Vista Plastic Solutions Inc. manufactures OEM plastic parts using rotational molding and thermo/vacuum forming. We work with various industries including agriculture, industrial, construction, and military. Our solutions range from design and prototyping to full assembly and QA. Who are you?

We're hiring an Account Manager to maintain key existing accounts and develop new business within them. This role will be based in Winnipeg or surrounding area, working from home office or plant. Preference will be given to someone in Southern Manitoba, who would work at the plant in Winkler, Manitoba. The position will also include weekly meetings at the plant. We will require some travel, potentially 1-2 weeks per month. This will include domestic and international travel. Account Managers report to the VP of Sales & Marketing and collaborate closely with operations, engineering, and customer service to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

• Manage and grow a customer portfolio
• Follow ISO and lean processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams
• Provide solutions through proactive, consultative selling
• Handle pricing, contract negotiations, and sales forecasting

What do you need to succeed?

• Experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, or OEM environments
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented
• Willingness to travel and manage territory independently
• Technical aptitude and curiosity about plastic manufacturing
• Needs to be proficient in Microsoft office and computer skills
• Require Valid drivers licence and Canadian Passport required

Preferred (Not Required):

• Degree or diploma in Business/Sales/Marketing or equivalent experience
• Experience in plastics/OEM/industrial distribution
• Familiarity with territory management
