Sales Representative - Agricultural Equipment (Farm King Products) - West South-Central USA, Texas

What will you do?

• Sales & Relationship Building: Actively identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of our agricultural equipment offerings to confidently demonstrate and recommend the best solutions to customers.
• Customer Consultations: Meet with Dealers to assess their needs, provide product demonstrations, and offer tailored solutions to improve their sales operations.
• Travel & Territory Management: Manage a defined sales territory, traveling regularly to visit Dealers, attend trade shows, and promote our products.
• Sales Reporting & CRM: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups. Report on sales forecasts and performance regularly.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery.
• Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies and stay ahead of market demands.

What do you need to succeed?

• Post-secondary education is preferred
• Five or more years of agricultural equipment sales knowledge
• Proven sales experience of agricultural equipment
• Several years of prospecting and cold calling experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory (valid driver's license required).
• Passport or able to obtain for times when attending meetings or training at the Canadian Headquarters.
