About us:

S3 Group Ltd. is currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative to join our S3 PowerPin team at our office in Fort Qu'Appelle, SK. This is a full-time position starting immediately and offering a competitive pay and full benefits.

Who are you?

The ideal candidate will work directly with customers for inquiries, sales, service, and warranty trouble shoot technical problems with customers and provide support to the team, including data entry, report generation, and expense tracking. There is also an expectation for some travel to attend trade shows, industry conferences, and meet with current & potential customers.

What will you do?

  • Plan, organize, prioritize and execute Sales activities including generating list of known customers and potential customer
  • Answer and address customer service calls
  • Generate, track and follow up on Sales Quotes
  • Enter Sales Order Entries, Credit Memos, and RMA's
  • Assist in creation of part number re-order points and re-order quantities
  • Develop customer Delivery Schedules
  • Enter, track and follow-up on Customer Non Conformances
  • Receive calls pertaining to parts, service, warranty, and customer inquiries and/or complaints
  • Manage forecasts, quoting, order process, and product returns
  • Generate costing reports for sales margins
  • Maintain profit margin by price for each product offering
  • Help generate sales plan for new markets
  • Speak, listen and write in a clear and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques
  • Evaluate, Develop and communicate Sales policies and procedures
  • Attend trade shows and industry conferences as requested
  • Attend Production Meetings

What do you need to succeed?

  • Minimum of 1- 2 year in Sales and Customer Service and a Grade 12 Diploma
  • Possess valid Driver's License and clean driver records
  • Experience with Sales and Customer Service
  • Agricultural background is preferred
  • Experience managing a wide variety of priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive and co-operative team player and capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information is essential
  • Detail oriented and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Maintain a calm and composed demeanor in high pressure situations
  • Excellent organization skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
