What will you do?
- Processing & prepare sales orders, both internationally and domestically
- Processing and prepare invoices and credit returns, both internationally and domestically
- Communicate with dealers and customers, both internationally and domestically
- Maintaining and troubleshooting Schulte online parts ordering website
- Processing warranty claims under the direction of the Parts Manager
- Processing credit card payments from US and Canadian customers
- Updating and reconciling intercompany orders
- Update and distribute both domestic and international OEM Price Sheets and programs
- Assist with phone answering
- Month end duties as required
- Perform office duties as required.
- Maintaining and adjusting inventory with Parts Department and USA warehouse locations
- Maintain and distribute Parts Department price list and programs
- Assist with service bulletin/recall campaigns
- Submitting support tickets to GenAlpha as needed regarding issues with the webstore
- Other duties as assigned
What do you need to succeed?
- Computerized accounting experience
- Ability to work with others in a team environment
- Written and verbal communications skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
- Experience with JD Edwards
Working Conditions:
- Primarily in an office environment indoors with frequent sitting for extended periods of time with occasional walking in and around the parts building and the main office building.
- 5 x 8 hour shift, Day Shift
- Must be willing to relocate to Humboldt/Englefeld area
- Must be eligible work legally in Canada
