Job Overview

PWM Hydraulics is a hydraulic cylinder manufacturer. We are looking for a permanent full-time based Machinist in our Yorkton Plant. The machinist will be able to operate CNC and Manual lath, mill and saw independently. The operator will also perform basic maintenance work to all the machines and other related duties.

What You Will Do?

5 years of experience in operating CNC and manual machines;
Ability to use measurement tools example inch size tape measure, caliper, micrometer etc;
Ability to use power tools example die grinder, angle grinder, drill press etc. and regular hand tools;
Knowledge of using computers;
Understand quality control and quality control documentation;
Conscious and adhere to safe work practices;
Team player and self motivated;
Multi-task and good time management skill;
Good communication skills;
Must live in Canada and have permission to work in Canada.

Ideal Qualifications:
Journeyman machinist certificate;
Previous work experience with Robotic assisted manufacturing;
Previous work experience with ISO quality control environment;
Previous work experience with fork lift driving.
