Who Are We Looking For? Walinga Inc. is currently looking to fill a full-time position in our Mounting Department.

Job Overview: The purpose of the Mounting position is to mount the body onto the chassis and complete all the final electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and parts assemblies.

What will you do?

• Read drawings and take or read measurements.
• Fabricate equipment by drilling and bolting for assembly.
• Install parts on unit.
• Install electrical and hydraulics on the unit.
• Torque wheel nuts
• Maintain equipment and work area within department in a condition that does not compromise safety.
• Ability to use power tools such as drills, impact gun, rivet gun, welder, and hand tools.

What do you need to succeed?

• Good knowledge of the methods and standard practices of the trade; electrical, hydraulics
• Knowledge of relative safety standards and ability to report unsafe conditions.
• Range of motion: ability to climb, walk, squat, kneel and perform above shoulder height activity.
• Work in various positions (flat and vertical planes, overhead)
• Lift from floor to waist (a minimum of 10lbs up to 50lbs)
